Efficient communication in a selected business company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá účinnou komunikací v podnikovém prostředí ve společnosti Městské služby Písek, s.r.o. Hlavním cílem této práce je získat teoretické informace, které souvisejí s interní komunikací a následné využití těchto informací k identifikaci, které komunikační techniky a způsoby komunikace používá nadřízený pracovník v komunikaci se svým podřízeným a jaké dělá chyby. Teoreticko-metodologická část obsahuje informace týkající se komunikace v obecném smyslu, komunikačního procesu, interní komunikace ve společnosti, formy a druhy komunikace a v poslední řadě informace o technikách a způsobech komunikace, které jsou pro tuto práci stěžejní. Druhá část a tedy aplikační je rozložena do dvou částí. První část charakterizuje vybranou společnost, metodiku práce, komunikační toky společnosti a stanovení čtyř hypotéz. V části druhé jsou popsány výsledky získané pomocí dotazníkového šetření, nestrukturovaného rozhovoru s vedoucím pracovníkem, ověření stanovených hypotéz a interpretace výsledků. Závěr práce obsahuje diskuze výsledků včetně grafů a na tomto základě stanovíme doporučení a návrhy opatření, které povedou ke zlepšení stávající situace společnosti a tím tedy i ke zlepšení komunikace mezi nadřízeným a podřízeným pracovníkem

Abstract:

This bachelor's project addresses an effective communication in a business environment of the company Mestske sluzby Pisek s.r.o. The main goal of this project is to gain a theoretical informations, that are related with an intern communication and the following using of these informations to identify which communication technics and kinds of a communication the superior worker uses in a communication with his inferior and what mistakes he does. The theoretical-methodological part contains an informations regarding a communication in a general way of the communication process, an intern communication in a community, forms and kinds of the communication and lastly, informations about the technics and the ways of the communication, that are crucial for this work. The second part, which is the application part is divided into a two parts. The first one characterizes a selected community, metholodogy of a work, communication flows of a community and the assessment of the four hyphotesis. In the second part, the results gained using a questionaire investigation of an unstructured conversation with the main worker, verification of the set hypothesis and the interpretetion of the results, are described. The end of the project contains a disscusion of the results, including graphs and based on that we determine a recommendation and suggestions for actions, that will lead to an improvement of the existing situation of the community and to an improvement of the communication between the superior and inferior as well.
