Abstract:
Práce se věnuje přijetí a následnému provádění zákona č. 241/1922 Sb., o potírání pohlavních nemocí. Kromě toho je zde rozebrána právní úprava prostituce od počátku 19. století do přijetí zmíněného zákona a změna podoby prostituce, která nastala po jeho zavedení. Poslední část práce je pak zaměřena na situaci v Brně několik let před a po přijetí zákona.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the adopting and with the implementation of the Act No. 241/1922 Coll. on Abatement of venereal diseases. Furthermore, this thesis includes the analysis of the legal regulation in the field of prostitution from the beginning of the 19th century to the adopting of the Act and a change of the form of prostitution that happened after the implementation of the Act.
