Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat nové role a úlohy personálních útvarů a personálních specialistů ve vybraných společnostech sídlící v Jihočeském a Středočeském kraji. Získat významné a kvalitní lidské zdroje pro společnost je úkolem personálního útvaru, který se skládá z personálních specialistů. Teoretická část diplomové práce definuje a zaměřuje se na pojem řízení lidských zdrojů, moderní personalista, nová úloha personálního útvaru a generace Y. V aplikační části jsou použity metody kvalitativního a kvantitativního výzkumu. Výzkum diplomové práce zohledňuje různé oblasti HR oddělení v českých a mezinárodních výrobních podnicích, v logistických společnostech, v IT společnostech, v personálních agenturách a v nemocnicích. Na základě výzkumu jsou charakterizovány nové role a úlohy personálních útvarů a specialistů, definovány vlastnosti, schopnosti a dovednosti moderního personalisty. Je popsána definice personálního útvaru business partnera a generace Y, včetně jejího vlivu na změnu práce personalistů a popsán pohled na změny HR oddělení v rámci pandemie COVID-19. Diplomová práce je zpracována na základě studia odborné literatury, internetových zdrojů, zahraničních článků, interních dokumentů společností a z rozhovorů s personálními specialisty.

Abstract:

The main idea of the thesis is to analyze new roles and roles of personnel departments and personnel specialists in selected companies based in the South Bohemian and Central Bohemian regions. Obtain significant and high-quality human resources for the company is the task of the personnel department, which consists of personnel specialists. The theoretical part of the thesis defines and focuses on the concept of human resource management, modern personnel specialists, new role of personnel department and generation Y. The application part uses the methods of qualitative and quantitative research of the thesis takes into account various areas of the HR department in the Czech Republic and in international production companies, in logistics and IT companies, in personnel agencies and in hospitals. Based on the research are characterized new roles and tasks of personnel departments including specialists and all characteristics, abilities and skills are defined of a modern personnel officer. The definition of the personnel department of the business partner and generation Y is described in the work of human resources and in the view of the changes in the HR department within the COVID-19 pandemic. The thesis is based on the study of professional literature, internet resources, international articles, internal documents of companies and interviews with personnel specialists.
