Cooperation of businesses in tourism clusters in Luhačovice

Abstract:

Obsahem této práce je analýza spolupráce podniků v klastech cestovního ruchu v Luhačovicku. Nejprve jsem se zaměřil na základní definice klastru. Jaké jsou jeho výhody a nevýhody. Jaké jsou možnosti financování klastru a jak je podporován veřejnou správou. Stručně jsem charakterizoval oblast Luhačovicka. Analyzoval jsem hromadné ubytovací zařízení a atraktivity, analyzoval existující formy spolupráce v této oblasti. Navrhl jsem SWOT analýzu oblasti Luhačovicka pro tvorbu klastru, identifikoval potenciální členy a navrhl oblasti jejich spolupráce. Použil jsem tyto metody sběru dat – metodu dotazování dotazníkovým šetřením a metodu kvalitativního rozhovoru. Na základě získaných dat jsem analyzoval potenciál spolupráce v klastru cestovního ruchu. Různé formy spolupráce v této oblasti již fungují, jednou z nich je i klastr cestovního ruchu, který je ve fázi vzniku. V závěru jsem uvedl několik oblastí, na které by se měl klastr cestovního ruchu v Luhačovicku zaměřit. Konkrétně oblast marketingu a propagace, ucelená nabídka volnočasových aktivit nebo rozšíření spolupráce se vzdělávacími institucemi a veřejnou správou

Abstract:

The content of this thesis is to analyze the business cooperation in tourism clusters in Luhačovice. First, I focused on the basic definition of a cluster. What are the advantages and disadvantages of clusters. What are the options for funding and how the cluster is supported by public administration. I briefly described the area of Luhačovice. I analyzed the collective accommodation establishments and attractions, analyzed existing forms of cooperation in this area. I suggested SWOT analysis for area Luhačovice for creating a cluster. I identified potential members and I suggested areas for their cooperation. I used these methods of data collection - the method of questioning using questionnaire survey and the method of qualitative interview. Based on the obtained data I analyzed the potential of cooperation in tourism cluster. There are various forms of cooperation in this area, one of them is a tourism cluster, which is at the stage of formation. Finally I mentioned several areas that should be improved by tourism cluster in Luhačovicko. Specifically, marketing and promotion,united offer of leisure activities or expansion of cooperation with educational institutions and public administration.
