Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu tvorby Komunitního plánu sociálních služeb a prorodinných aktivit Statutárního města Mostu. Jde o rozkrytí demokratizace veřejné správy. Práce se zabývá hledáním vztahu a vytváření kooperace mezi zadavateli, poskytovateli a uživateli sociálních služeb ve městě Most. Pozornost je věnována schvalovacímu procesu, ověření efektivity stanovených projektů a participaci občanů, nevládních neziskových organizací a dalších subjektů. Komunitní plán je úplný, pokud se podaří splnit cíle a na základě společné spolupráce odstranit regionální problémy. Práce přispívá k rozšíření povědomí o blízkosti pomoci v sociální oblasti života každého člověka pomocí metodiky informování a zapojování veřejnosti. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem funguje projekt komunitního plánování a s ním spojený sociálním systém na území města Most.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the analysis of the creation of the Community plan for social services and pro-family activities in the statutory city of Most. The point of this thesis is to uncover the democratization of public administration. This work deals with searching for relations and cooperation establishments among project owners, providers and users of the social services in the city of Most. Attention is paid to the approval process, to the verification of the assigned projects efficiency and to the participation of the citizens, non-governmental organizations and other entities. The community plan is complete if it manages to meet the objectives and – on the basis of cooperation - to eliminate regional problems. The thesis contributes to widen the general awareness about the close assistance in the social life of each person using the methodology of public information and participation. The main objective was to determine the way the community planning project and the associated social system in the city of Most work.
