CT vyšetření srdce je z důvodu nárůstu srdečních příhod v posledních letech čím dál více využíváno, především pro diagnostiku věnčitých tepen, u onemocnění myokardu, a zobrazení průchodnosti bypassů. Tato práce popisuje anatomii srdce, onemocnění srdce, 2D a 3D postprocessingové techniky a zabývá se postprocessingem, který se používá u CT vyšetření srdce. CT examination of the heart is increasingly used due to increase of cardiac events in recent years, especially for diagnosing coronary arteries, diseases of myocard, and imaging cardiac bypass. This thesis describes the anatomy of the heart, heart diseases, 2D and 3D postprocessing techniques and deals with postprocessing, which is used in cardiac CT.
