Strategic analysis of Business Lease s.r.o.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje strategické analýze společnosti Business Lease s.r.o. působící na trhu operativního leasingu a službami s ním spojenými. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretickou a praktickou. V první části teoretické je definována a popsána teorie a nástroje týkající se strategické analýzy. Následuje část praktická, v které jsou následně využity všechny teoretické přístupy a aplikovány nástroje strategické analýzy. Cílem práce je zpracování strategické analýzy za účelem identifikace významných faktorů a formulace následných doporučení. Vlastní těžiště práce představuje syntéza a závěr, kde je shrnutí a doporučení strategického směřování firmy.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the strategic analysis of the company Business Lease s.r.o. operating on the operational leasing market and services connected with it. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first theoretical part, describes and defines the theory and tools related to strategic analysis. The practical part follows, in which all theoretical approaches are used and tools of strategic analysis are applied. The aim of the thesis is to process a strategic analysis in order to identify important factors and formulate subsequent recommendations. The main focus of the work is the synthesis and conclusion, where there is a summary and recommendation of the company's strategic direction.
