Základní obsahovou charakteristikou této práce je kvalifikovaný popis průběhu realizace investičního projektu s odbornou ukázkou konkrétní výstavby bytových domů. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je věnována vybraným pojmům, které užívají stavebněprávní předpisy a dále souvislostem spojených s výstavbou.
