Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou referenčních mezí mozkomíšního moku u novorozenecké populace. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, z části teoretické a části praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá především obecným popisem mozkomíšního moku, základními vyšetřeními mozkomíšního moku, stanovením referenčních mezí a v poslední řadě také souhrnem studií, které se této problematice věnovaly. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of cerebrospinal fluid reference limits in the neonatal population. The thesis consists of two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part.
