Abstract:

Tématem mé diplomové práce je „Red team jako armádní plánovací nástroj a jeho civilní varianta v obchodním prostředí“. Red team (dále i jen „RT“) je nástroj poskytující expertizu ve vybraných oblastech, dále pak prvek poskytující vhodné nástroje pro řešení stanovených problémů, a v neposlední řadě element schopný simulovat činnost soupeře. Aktuální světové dění je určováno globalizací, nejistotou a těžkou předvídatelností, dále pak rychlostí toku informací. Schopnost čelit výzvám patří mezi hlavní úkoly společností, státních zřízení a v neposlední řadě ozbrojených sil. Tato schopnost je do určité míry závislá na dovednosti adekvátně plánovat, rozhodovat a v neposlední řadě řídit jednotlivé procesy. Teoretická východiska diplomové práce vycházejí z dostupných předpisů, doktrín, novinových článků, expertiz, které jsou volně dostupné na internetu. Tento teoretický rámec je obohacen o mé praktické zkušenosti vojáka aktivních záloh AČR. Pokud jde o výzkumné metody použité v této práci, lze hovořit o analýze možných variant implementace RT do prostředí AČR s důrazem na identifikaci výhod a nevýhod jednotlivých možností. Výsledky této diplomové práce hovoří ve prospěch zavedení RT do AČR. Pokud jde o výhody, které RT nabízí, tak se jedná zejména o poskytnutí analytických nástrojů včetně výstupů využitelných pro další zpracování. Dále je důležité zdůraznit schopnost poskytování expertizy v poptávaných oblastech, které jsou zarámovaný národními dokumenty s ohledem na vývoj bezpečnostního prostředí. Poslední významnou schopností je simulace soupeře se všemi rysy, které k tomu náleží. Tato diplomová práce poukazuje i na určitá negativa vyplývající ze zavedení RT. Negativa implementace RT jsou hlavně v kontextu lidských vlastností a postojů, a dále pak přílišného spoléhání na nabízené služby RT. Závěr práce zdůrazňuje důležitost RT v souvislostech aktuálního světového vývoje, který je do jisté míry definován momentem překvapení.

Abstract:

The topic of my thesis is "Red team as army planning tool and its civilian variant in business environment". Red team is generally speaking a tool providing expertise in selected areas. Besides, RT represents an element providing suitable tools for solving specified problems and, last but not least, an element capable of simulating opponent's activities. Current world events are determined by globalization, uncertainty and difficult predictability, as well as information flow speed. The ability to face challenges is one of the main tasks of companies, administrative establishments as well as the armed forces. The ability to face future issues is dependent on planning and making decisions in an adequate way. The theoretical part of my theses is based on available regulations, doctrines, newspaper articles, and expertise, which are freely available on the Internet. Also, the theoretical framework is enriched by my practical experience as a soldier in active reserves of the Czech Army. Regarding the research methods used in this work, it is necessary to highlight the analysis of possible variants of RT implementation. The emphasis of the analyses lies in identifying advantages and disadvantages of the existing suggested options. The analysis outcome provided in this thesis speaks in favour of implementation of RT in the Czech Armed Forces. As for the advantages offered by RT, it is mainly provision of analytical tools including outputs that can be used for further processing. Furthermore, it is important to emphasize the ability to provide expertise in the requested areas, which are framed by national documents concerning the development of the security environment. The final significant ability is the simulation of the opponent with all the features that belong to it. This diploma thesis also points out certain negatives resulting from the introduction of RT. The negatives of the implementation of RT are mainly in the context of human characteristics and attitudes on one hand, as well as excessive reliance on the offered RT services on other hand. The conclusion of the work emphasizes the importance of RT in the context of current world developments, which are to some extent defined by the element of surprise.
