Neocolonization in Novoborsko, directed by the estate of the Column in the life of its owner Josef Johann Maxmilián Count Kinski.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozvojem území velkostatku Sloup za života majitele panství hraběte Josefa Johanna Maxmiliána Kinského. Cílem práce je sledování rozsahu nově zakládaných sídelních jednotek (vesnic) na uvedeném panství. Hlavní badatelské otázky zde jsou orientovány k problematice a způsobu vzniku nových poddanských hospodářství z hlediska právních aspektů (rozsah dispozice a charakter majetkového transferu s nemovitostmi) i aspektů hospodářských a sociálních (rozsah hospodářství, charakter a původ držitelů aj.). Badatelským cílem je podrobná sonda do prostředí nově založené obce Josephdorf (Svobodná ves), jež se později připojila k obci Langenau (Skalice u České Lípy). V této dílčí jednotce se detailně zkoumá způsob parcelizace na jednotlivé pozemky, stavba obytných a hospodářských jednotek i charakter právního režimu vzniku nové poddanské nemovitosti.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the development of the area of the estate Sloup at the time of the life the owner Joseph Johann Maxmilian Kinski. The aim of the thesis is to monitor the size of the newly established settlements (villages) in the given estate. The main research will be focused on the way how the new stockholder economies are created from the point of view of legal aspects (size of the disposition and character of transfer with real estate) as well as the economic and social aspects (estate size, character and origin of the holders). The research base will be a detailed probe into the newly founded village of Josephdorf (Svobodná ves), which later joined the village of Langenau (Skalice u České Lípy). We will investigate in detail the way of dividing individual parcels, the construction of residential and economic buildings as well as the character of the legal mode of the new subject real estates creation.
