Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na e-learning v práci finančního poradce. Hlavním cílem je podat ucelený náhled na e-learning.V teoretické části jsou definovány jednotlivé pojmy a informace související s e-learningem. Empirická část této práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je věnována implementaci e-learningu a vlastní tvorbě kurzu v programu Moodle. V druhé části jsou stanoveny výzkumné otázky, na které jsou hledány odpovědi formou dotazníkového šetření. Tyto otázky jsou zaměřeny na vhodnost využití e-learningu v práci finančních poradců a na nová programová řešení.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on e-learning in work of financial advisor. The headline of the thesis is complete view of e-learning.In theoretical part of my thesis are defined terms and information associated with the e-learning. The empirical part of the thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is about implementation of e-learning and creating course in Moodle. In the second part are determine research questions, this thesis is looking for answers by research. This research questions are focused on use of e-learning in work of financial advisor and new software solutions.
