Cílem bakalářská práce bylo zjistit kvalitu poskytovaných služeb v hotelu IFA Schöneck Hotel und Ferienpark za pomocí metody zvané Mystery Shopping.
Abstract:
The main goal of the bachelor’s thesis was to determine the quality of the services provided in the IFA Schöneck Hotel und Ferienpark using the Mystery Shopping method.
