Development of the Lien and its Implementation in the Czech Legal Order
Abstract:
Práce popisuje jednotlivé občanskoprávní úpravy zástavního práva od vzniku Československé republiky v roce 1918 do současnosti (včetně navrhované právní úpravy), a dále tyto úpravy srovnává z hlediska jednotlivých aspektů zástavního práva.
Abstract:
The thesis describes various legal regulations of the right of lien in the czech Civil Code since the formation of Czechoslovak republic in 1918 until now (including newly proposed legal regulation), and further it compares these regulations according to various aspects of the lien.
