Abstract:

Tato magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem e-learningového kurzu počítačové lingvistiky. V úvodu teoretické části práce je přiblížen pojem počítačová lingvistika. Rovněž je stručně nastíněna historie tohoto oboru a jeho výuka na českých vysokých školách. Zbývající část teoretické práce je věnována problematice e-learningu. Autorka zde vysvětluje pojem e learning a blended learning a podrobněji se zaměřuje na formát e-learningových kurzů. Popisuje jejich typické vlastnosti a úlohy, zaměřuje se také na výhody a nevýhody této formy výuky. Zabývá se rovněž různými formami e-learningu, které jsou využívány na Masarykově univerzitě. Dále je zde představen koncept takzvaných MOOC. Jsou uvedeny některé platformy, které tyto kurzy nabízejí, a v neposlední řadě jsou ukázána některá jiná řešení online kurzů. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na výsledný kurz počítačové lingvistiky. Popisuje zvolené řešení, obsah, formu, uspořádání, studijní materiály, cvičení i použité technologie. Obsah jednotlivých lekcí, tj. studijní materiály a příslušná cvičení, které autorka pro účely této práce vytvořila, se pak nachází v příloze.

Abstract:

This master thesis is concerned with a proposal of an e-learning course of computational linguistics. In the introduction of the theoretical part, the concept of computational lingusitics is described as well as the history of this field and its teaching at Czech universities. The other part of the theoretical part is focused on e-learning. The author explains the terms ‘e-learning‘ and ‘blended learning‘ and explains the format of e-learning courses. She describes the typical characteristics and tasks as well as its advantages and disadvantages. She also mentions different forms of e-learning, which are used at Masaryk University. In addition, she introduces the concept of so-called MOOC. She mentions some platforms, which offer such courses and some other realizations of online courses are introduced. The practical part of this thesis aims to describe the resulting course of computational lingusitics. It describes the chosen solution, the content, the form, the layout, the study materials, the exercises and the applied technologies. The content of each unit, the study materials and the corresponding exercises, which the author has created for the purpose of this thesis, can be found in the appendix.
