Smlouvy a smluvní princip v novém zákoníku práce

Contracts and Principle of Freedom of Contract in the new Labour Code
Abstract:
Pracovní právo je jedno z odvětví práva soukromého, přičemž vyjadřuje odlišnosti dané svým předmětem. Zásada smluvní svobody je jednou z hlavních zásad nového zákoníku práce. Zásada smluvní volnosti je modifikována ochrannou funkcí pracovního práva. Díky této zásadě je nový zákoník práce liberálnější než zákoník práce starý.
Abstract:
Labour law is one of the branches of law which embodies differences set by its object. The principle of the freedom of contract is one of the leading principles of the new Labour code. The freedom of contract has been modified by the protective function of the labour law. Due to this principles the new Labour code more liberal than the old one.
