Práce pojednává o genderové diverzitě ve společnostech Profiporadenství a Raiffeisenbank. Jsou porovnávány pracovní pozice nemanažerské, ale hlavně manažerské. This diploma thesis deals with gender diversity in companies Profiporadenství and Raiffeisenbank. It compares non-managerial but mostly managerial positions.
