Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou měření AC/A poměru a jeho rozdílnými hodnotami při využití gradientní a výpočetní metody. V teoretické části práce je popsán význam a možnosti měření akomodace a konvergence. Další část se zabývá samotným AC/A poměrem, jeho měřením, rozdíly a klasifikací. The thesis deals with the measurement of AC/A ratio and its different values using gradient and heterophoric methods. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the meaning and possibilities of measuring accommodation and convergence.
