Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá historií vzniku portského vína. Zaměřuje se na klimatické a půdní podmínky, které jsou nejlepší pro zrání révy vinné v této oblasti. Následně popisuje odrůdy, které jsou nejvhodnější pro výrobu tohoto vína a technologické zpracování. Přibližuje typy portských vín, které vznikají jak kupáží tak následným zráním ve sklepích Lodges. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the history of port wine production. It is focused on climatic and soil conditions that are best for ripening grapevines in this area. Then it describes the varieties that are best suited for making this wine and processing.
