Diplomová práce zkoumá možnosti soukromého vymáhání soutěžního práva dle chystané unijní úpravy, současného českého práva a práva australského. The thesis explores the possibilities of private enforcement of competition law according to the forthcoming EU legislation, current Czech law and Australian law. It deals with the key issues of standing of indirect purchasers, passing-on defence, collective redress, disclosure of evidence, limitation periods and quantification of harm.
