Cílem práce je přiblížit jednotlivé delikty, za které se udílel trest smrti, jakým způsobem a v jakých zemích. This bachelor work is engaged in death penalty – historical evolution and also present from the look of the criminal law. The objective of this work is to show individual criminal torts, which were punished by death penalty and what way and which countries used the capital punishment.
