Suicide and economic factors
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je zjistit významnost ekonomických a socioekonomických faktorů na míru sebevražednosti v souboru panelových dat 30 států patřících do Organizace pro ekonomickou spolupráci a rozvoj v horizontu 45 let. Metoda využitá v této práci je ekonometrická analýza s vlivem pevných efektů, zohledňující v čase neměnné rozdíly mezi danými zeměmi.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to determine the significance of economic and socioeconomic factors on suicide rates in a panel of 30 Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development states in a 45 years horizon. The method used in this paper is an econometric analysis with the impact of fixed effects, reflecting the time-constant differences between the given states.
