Analysis of fluctuation of job seekers at a selected employment department

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou trhu práce v okrese Žďár nad Sázavou. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy a definice týkající se problematiky nezaměstnanosti a trhu práce. Praktická část je věnována vybraným nástrojům aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti využívanými na Úřadě práce ve Žďáře nad Sázavou v letech 2014-2020. Tyto nástroje jsou porovnávány mezi jednotlivými okresy kraje Vysočina a je vyhodnocována jejich účinnost na trhu práce.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with an analysis of a labour market in Žďár nad Sázavou district. In the theoretical part, there is a description of the fundamental terms and definitions concerning unemployment and the labour market. The practical part covers selected tools in an active of employment used in the employment agency in Žďár nad Sázavu between the years of 2014 and 2020. It also deals with a comparison of these tools between each district of the Vysočina Region. Last but not least it evaluates the efficiency of these tools in the labour market.
