Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje jednomu z nejčastěji užívaných smluvních typů v praxi, a to smlouvě o dílo. Problematika je zpracována ve čtyřech kapitolách, přičemž nejprve je vyhodnocena právní úpravy smlouvy o dílo od římského práva až po současnou právní úpravu občanského zákoníku č. 89/2012 Sb. The bachelor thesis deals with one of the most commonly used types of contracts in practice, namely a contract for work. The issue is elaborated in four chapters, while first the legal regulation of the work contract is evaluated, from Roman law to the current legal regulation of the Civil Code No. 89/2012 Coll.
