Active employment policy in Benešov district in the years 2005 – 2010

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá aktivní politikou zaměstnanosti v okrese Benešov v letech 2005-2010. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, které se vztahují k fungování trhu práce -- trh práce, nezaměstnanost a politika zaměstnanosti. V první polovině druhé části je provedena socioekonomická analýza okresu Benešov, na kterou navazuje analýza trhu práce, která obsahuje vývoj nezaměstnanosti ve sledovaném období, strukturu uchazečů na trhu práce a nabídku volných pracovních míst. Zbývající část bakalářské práce je věnována aktivní politice zaměstnanosti. V každém ze sledovaných let je provedena kompletní analýza všech nástrojů, které byly úřadem práce v rámci aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti využity. Tato analýza se zaměřuje na množství vynaložených nákladů na dané nástroje a na počet a strukturu uchazečů. V závěru práce je porovnána efektivnost rekvalifikací v rámci aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti a projektu Vzdělávejte se a je zhodnocena úspěšnost aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti v okrese Benešov.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the active employment policy in Benešov district in the years 2005 -- 2010.In the theory part there are defined the basic headwords related to the labour market operation -- Labour market, Unemployment, andLabour policy. In the first half of the practical part there was done the socio-economic analysis of Benešov district and related labour market analysis which include the unemployment trend in the monitored time, composition of the job applicants and the vacancy supply. The rest of the Bachelor thesis is focused on the active employment policy. In each of the monitored year there was done the entire analysis of each instrument used by the Labour office in terms of active employment policy. This analysis focuses on the amount of expenses used on those instruments and on the number and structure of job applicants. In the conclusion of the thesis there is compared the retaining efficiency in terms of active employment policy, and of the project "Educate yourselves", and further there is evaluated the successfulness of active employment policy in Benešov district.
