Psychosomatics of a child who comes to the foster care

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o psychosomatice dítěte, které přichází do pěstounské péče. Cílem práce je analyzovat psychosomatiku dítěte, které je umístěno do pěstounské rodiny za pomocí zpracování teoretických zdrojů. Práce je v rovině teoretické z důvodu vysoké citlivosti údajů o dětech z pěstounských rodin. Práce se zabývá negativními vlivy, které ohrožují zdravý vývoj dítěte a jejich důsledky na psychosomatický stav dítěte. První kapitola se stručně zabývá vymezením nefunkční rodiny a definuje pěstounskou péči. Vlivy prostředí, které negativně působí na vývoj dítěte a jsou častými důvody pro jeho odebrání z péče, se zabývá druhá kapitola. Třetí kapitola pojednává o následcích negativních vlivů na dítě. To, jak se dítě s následky sžívá v prostředí náhradní rodiny, uvádí kapitola čtvrtá. Poslední kapitola se věnuje tématu "Terapeutického rodičovství", které těmto dětem pomáhá adaptovat se na nové rodinné zázemí. Výstupem práce bude přehledová studie, která může sloužit k informovanosti žadatelů o pěstounskou péči a samotných pěstounů.

Abstract:

The thesis is about the psychosomatics of child who comes to the foster care. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the psychosomatics of the child, which is placed in a foster family, by the theoretical sources. The thesis is theoretical work because children's personal data are very sensitive. The work deals with negative influences that endanger the child's healthy development and influence on the psychosomatic condition of the child. The first chapter describes unfunctional family and defines foster care. The second chapter is about the effects of an environment that negatively affects the health of the child. These effects are often the reason why the child is placed to foster care. The third chapter is about the consequences of negative effects on the child. The penultimate chapter is about how the child behaves after moving to a foster family. The last chapter is about "Therapeutic Parenthood", which helps these children to adapt into a new family backgrounds. The outcomes of the work will be an overview study that can help fosters and foster care seekers.
