Community planning of social services in Děčín with a view to persons and families in crisis

Abstract:

Cílem teoretické části předložené bakalářské práce je prohloubení znalosti problematiky poskytování a plánování sociálních služeb. V praktické části zjišťujeme, zda potencionální i stávající klienti sociálních služeb a aktivit v Děčíně dokážou vhodně využívat současnou nabídku těchto služeb a tím zcela naplňovat svoji sociální oporu, aby nedošlo ke zhoršení jejich situace a tím ke zvětšení zátěže společnosti. V teoretické části se pomocí prezentace a zpracování odborných zdrojů zabýváme typologií a standardy sociálních služeb, výčtem a charakteristikou organizací poskytujících sociální služby a aktivity pro zvolenou cílovou skupinu ve městě a historií vzniku komunitního plánování sociálních služeb, jeho principy a metodikami. Praktická část práce je založena na kvantitativním výzkumu prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Hlavním cílem je pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku zjistit, zda potencionální i stávající klienti z řad nezaměstnaných mají přehled o nabídce sociálních služeb a aktivit v Děčíně a zda tyto služby dokážou kvalitně využívat.

Abstract:

Summary The aim of the thesis is to extend actual knowledge in administration and planning of social services (as the object of the theoretical part) and to detect how are potential and contemporary clients in Děčín able to make the best of the current offer (as the object of the practical part). The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the typology and standards of social services, wit specification and characteristics of organizations providing social services and activities for target groups and with the history of community planning, its principles and methodics. The practical part of the thesis is based on the quantitative questionnaire research focused on how are the unemployed clients acquainted with the offer of social services and activities in Děčín and whether they exploit offered possibilities adequately.
