Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na průzkum spokojenosti pracovníků a na příčiny možných nedostatků, na motivaci pracovníků, pracovní prostředí a péči o pracovníky. Nejprve jsem provedla průzkum v monografické literatuře, internetových zdrojích a časopisech v oblasti spokojenosti a motivace a poté jsem analyzovala stav spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve firmě pomocí dotazníku. In my Bachelor thesis I focused on a research of the employees´ satisfaction and the reason for potential imperfection, on the motivation of the employees, the working envi-ronment and the care of employees.
