Abstract:

Anotace Bakalářská práce je zpracována na téma etické problémy v podnikání. Na základě studia odborné literatury je v teoretické části práce nastíněn historický vývoj etiky a definovány základní pojmy týkající se etiky a podnikatelské etiky. Praktická část je věnována etické a sociální analýze podnikatelského subjektu. Analýza je provedena výzkumnými metodami rozhovor a zúčastněné pozorování a je realizována v oblastech společenské odpovědnosti firem, a to v oblasti zaměstnanecká politika, ekonomický rozvoj, environmentální oblast a dobročinnost. Výsledky analýzy jsou vyhodnoceny formou grafů a popisně interpretovány. V závěru jsou výsledky analýzy shrnuty a doplněny o vlastní poznatky a doporučení. Součástí práce je rozhovor s odborníkem na etiku.

Abstract:

Annotation The thesis is elaborated on ethical issues in business. Based on the study of literature in the theoretical part of the work outlines the historical development of ethics and defines the basic concepts relating to ethics and business ethics. The practical part is dedicated to ethical and social analysis of the business entity. The analysis is conducted interview research methods and participant observation, and is implemented in the areas of corporate social responsibility, in the area of employment policy, economic development, environment protection and charity. The analysis results are evaluated by means of graphs and descriptive interpreted. In conclusion, the analysis results are summarized and supplemented by its own findings and recommendations. Part of this work is an interview with an expert on ethics.
