The emergency plan of a firm

Abstract:

Tato práce pojednává o významu krizového plánu firmy v oblasti prevence rizik a o jeho užití v době krizové situace, analyzuje metody a postupy užívané při jeho tvorbě. Detailně zkoumá tvorbu plánu od identifikace možných rizik, přes návrh řešení, až po testování a aktualizaci. Dále popisuje nejvhodnější strukturu krizového plánu s ohledem na jeho využití v praxi, analyzuje některé další speciální plány, které jsou obvykle součástí krizového plánu firmy. Cílem praktické části je vytvoření modelového krizového plánu.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe an emergency plan for a firm in area of a preventing riskiness and usability of the plan in time of crisis situation. The thesis also analyzes methods and approaches to a creation of the plan. It examines in detail the formation from an identification of possible hazards through a suggestion of solutions to testing and updating of the plan. Last but not least, my thesis describes the most suitable structure of the plan with respects to its utilization in practice, it also describes some other special plans, which are usually part of a crisis management of a firm. The main aim of a practical part is a creation of a model emergency plan.
