Abstract:
Téma mé bakalářské práce je "Postup při uzavírání mezinárodní kupní smlouvy". V souladu se zadáním se budu dále zabývat smlouvou, kterou používáme v podniku, kde pracuji. Smlouvu jsme obdrželi ze Spojených státu amerických a já ji vyhotovila českou verzi dané smlouvy. Budu ji analyzovat z pohledu Úmluvy OSN o mezinárodní koupi zboží. The subject of my Bachelor’s work is “Concluding of the international Contract of Sale”. In the accordance with the assignment I will work with the contract which is being used in the company where I work as an external employee, and it was me, who has made the Czech version of that Contract of sale and who has implemented the Contract into the company’s regulations.
