Abstract:

Obsahem této diplomové práce je problematika investičního controllingu ve společnosti Panasonic AVC Networks Czech, s.r.o. V teoretické části textu je vymezen controlling jako nástroj řízení a definovány nástroje a techniky investičního controllingu. Na tuto část navazuje analýza prostředí společnosti a finanční analýzy provedené se zaměřením na faktory, které mají dopad na oblast investic. Důležitou součástí praktické části práce je provedení analýzy investičního controllingu ve zvoleném podnikatelském subjektu a identifikace jeho slabých a silných míst s následným navržením vhodných nástrojů a technik investičního controllingu, jejichž uplatňování povede ke zkvalitnění investičního controllingu ve firmě. Doporučené nástroje a techniky jsou v poslední části práce aplikovány na modelovém investičním projektu. Veškeré potřebné výpočty jsou nastaveny v tabulkovém editoru Microsoft Excel pro možnost opakovaného užití.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the investment controlling in the Panasonic AVC Networks Czech, s.r.o. In the theoretical section the controlling is defined as a management tools and it defines tools and techniques of the investment controlling. This part is followed by the company environment analysis and the financial analysis of the investment factors. The practical part analyzes the controlling investment in the selected company. The strengths and weaknesses are identified and the appropriate investment controlling tools and techniques to the improvement are proposed. The recommended tools and techniques are applied to the model investment project in the last part. All the calculations are set in the Microsoft Excel editor for the reuse.
