Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je vymezení komunikace a jednotlivých komponent v oblasti přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Praktická část je vedena kvalitativním designem ve formě zúčastněného pozorování komunikačních prvků zdravotnických záchranářů při výjezdu, který je doplněn rozhovorem s jednotlivými záchranáři. The aim of the Bachelor´s thesis is definning communication and individual components in prehospital emergency care. The practical part is carried out in the form of participant observation of communicative elements in paramedics at the ambulance dispatch using qualitative research design which is completed by an interview with individual paramedics.
