Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá především malými a středními podniky v České republice, konkrétně pak pojednává o problematice předání, vedení a vlastnictví podniku v rámci rodiny či na třetí osobu. Cílem práce je zhodnocení procesu předání podniku následníkům, jeho analýza a doporučení vhodné strategie nástupnictví. This bachelor’s thesis deals mainly with small and medium-sized enterprises in the Czech Republic, specifically with the issue of transferring management and ownership within the family or to a third party.
