Abstract:

Předmětem této práce jsou Domácí porody a problematika etiketizace žen rodících plánovaně doma. Okamžik zrození nového života je neopakovatelným a silným zážitkem v životě ženy, dítěte, a celé rodiny. Jednou z cest, jak své dítě přivést na svět, je v domácím prostředí. Tento způsob porodu může být vnímán společností, či okolím ženy negativně. Tato práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Jednotlivé kapitoly teoretické části mají za cíl vymezit východiska práce, nastínit problematiku normality, konformity, sociální kontroly a z ní vycházejících sankcí vůči deviantním jedincům a uvést problematiku etiketizování, labelingu. Představit problematiku zrození v historickém kontextu, prezentovat přístupy k porodům v současnosti, s akcentem k domácím plánovaným porodům. Empirická část práce se bude zabývat tím, jak se ženy rodící doma vyrovnávají s problematikou labelingu. Na tento fenomén bude nazíráno z pohledu žen, rodících doma, a to z důvodu konformity jinak disinhibovaných jedinců vyjadřujících se k tomuto tématu. S ohledem na zkoumané téma bude jako výzkumná perspektiva vybrán fenomenologický výzkum, který akcentuje porozumění toho, jak respondentky vnímají danou situaci, nabízí možnost zkoumat jejich jedinečnost, vcítit se do nich a popsat tento specifický fenomén z jejich perspektivy. Data k výzkumu budou získána metodou částečně strukturovaných individuálních rozhovorů a výzkum bude doplněn o metodu reflektujících terénních poznámek a zápisků ze zúčastněného pozorování. V diskuzi budou data komparována s teoretickými východisky práce a budou doplněna výpověďmi respondentek.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is Home births and the issue of labelling of women giving birth at home. The moment of birth of a new life is a unique and powerful experience in the life of a woman, her child, and her family. One of the ways to bring your baby into the world is in the home environment. However, this way of giving birth may be perceived negatively by society or the woman's surroundings. This work has a theoretical-empirical character. The individual chapters of the theoretical part of this work is to define the outline the issue of normality, conformity, social control and the resulting sanctions against deviant individuals and the issue of labeling. To present the issue of birth in a historical context, to present approaches to birth in the present day, with an emphasis on home planned births. The empirical part of the thesis will deal with how woman giving birth at home deal with the issue of labeling. This phenomenon will be viewed from the perspective of women giving birth at home, due to the conformity of otherwise disinhibited individuals expressing themselves on this topic. With respect to topic, phenomenological method was chosen as a research perspective, which emphasizes the understanding of how the respondents perceived the situation, offers the oportunity to examine their uniqueness, empathize with them and describe this phenomenon from their perspective. Survey data were obtained using semi structured individual interviews, the research was completed by the method of reflecting added field notes and notes from participant observation. In the discussion, the data will be confronted with the theoretical basis of the work and will be supplemented by the statements of the respondents.
