Knowledge management in High Reliability Organizations

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Znalostní management ve vysoce spolehlivých organizacích“ je analyzovat z pohledu teorie vysoce spolehlivých organizací problémové situace ve vybrané společnosti a vypracovat návrh doporučení. Práce je strukturovaná následovně: Teoretická část práce se nejdříve zabývá tvorbou znalostí na základě analytického systémového rámce LIR (Language – Information – Reality) a dále vymezuje koncept vysoce spolehlivých organizací (HRO – High Reliability Organizations). Závěr teoretické části práce je věnován integraci konceptu HRO do analytického systémového rámce LIR. Empirická část práce je věnována identifikaci a analýze problémů a jejich příčin ve vybraném podniku z pohledu vymezeném v teoretické části práce a ústí v návrh opatření, která by mohla dané problémy eliminovat

Abstract:

The object of the diploma thesis "Knowledge Management in High Reliability Organizations" is from the point of view of the high reliability organizations theory to analyze the problematic situations in the selected company and prepare a proposal of recommendations. The thesis is structured as follows: The theoretical part of the thesis firstly deals with the creation of knowledge, based on the LIR (Language – Information – Reality) analytical system framework and further defines th koncept of High Reliability Organizations (HRO). The conclusion of the theoretical part is devoted to the integration of the HRO concept into the analytical system framework of the LIR. The empirical part of the thesis is devoted to the identification and analysis of problems and thein causes in the chosen company from the point of view defined in the theoretical part of the thesis and it leads to a proposal of measures that could eliminace the problems.
