Diplomová práce se zabývá specifiky oceňování nemovitých věcí pro spořitelní družstva. My thesis is addressing specifics of real estate appraisals for savings cooperatives. The goal of my essay is to prepare a complete and detailed methodology for real estate appraisals that will assure correct assessment of the market value and prevent insufficient security of the savings cooperatives loans.
