Anotace:

Pedmtem bakaláské práce Vztahy mezi vlastníky a managementem podniku a jejich vliv na innost podniku v R je rozbor vztahu vlastníka a managementu podniku a jejich vliv na hospodáský vývoj podniku. Teoretická ást je zamena na typologizaci vztah vlastníka, managementu a ostatních zainteresovaných subjekt podílejících se na innosti podniku. V praktické ásti je provedena analýza vztah tchto úastník na konkrétní obchodní spolenosti se zamením na podíl a vliv vlastníka na vedení obchodní spolenosti a jak je tento styl vedení vnímán managementem spolenosti. Zabývá se nejen problematikou vzájemných vztah, ale i analýzou získaných zákazník. Závrená ást analyzuje výsledky a uvádí návrhy a doporuení vedoucí k zefektivnní innosti podniku.

Abstract:

The subject of the Bachelor work Relations between the owners and the company management and their on the activities of the company in the CR is an analysis of the relations between the owners and the management and their impact on the company economic development. Theoretical part is focused on typology of relations among the owner, management and other interested parties participating in the company acitivities. In the practical part there is an analysis on the relations of these participants in a particular business company focusing on the owners influance on the business company managing and what the company management feels about this management style. It deals not only with the mutual relations issues but also with an analysis of customer carried over. The final part analyses the result and includes proposals and recommendations leading to making the company activities more effective.
