Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat vliv prenatálního stresu na polygenně podmíněné riziko psychopatologie (např. deprese, schizofrenie, úzkosti), které se projevují maladaptivní regulací negativního afektu. Abstract:
This thesis reviews the evidence of the influence of prenatal stress on highly polygenic risk of psychopathology (eg. depression, shizophrenia, anxiety), which are known for being manifested by the maladaptive regulation of the negative stimuli.
