Abstract:

Organizace turkických států byla založena prostřednictvím zahájení summitů mezi turkickými národy, které si kladou za cíl posílit vazby mezi státy, které získaly nezávislost po rozpadu Sovětského svazu. V současnosti známá jako Rada turkických států, tato organizace se snaží podporovat spolupráci v různých oblastech. Mezi její klíčové iniciativy patří posílení obchodu mezi svými členskými státy. Tato studie si klade za cíl zhodnotit vliv organizace na zahraniční obchod svých členů prostřednictvím detailní analýzy obchodních statistik před a po jejím založení. Cílem je posoudit účinnost této kooperační entity při podpoře obchodní spolupráce mezi jejími členy. Analýza pomocí gravitačního modelu hodnotí různé faktory ovlivňující bilaterální obchod mezi Tádžikistánem a šesti turkickými státy, včetně blízkosti, rozdílů v příjmech, velikosti populace, sdílených hranic a kulturních afinit. Výsledky naznačují příznivý vliv členství v organizaci na odhady modelu. Tato studie se zabývá vlivem integrace na obchodní vztahy, nabízí zvláštní pohled a interpretaci. Následně byla pomocí metody TOPSIS zkoumána roční data o zahraničním obchodu (2000 až 2019) zakládajících národů (Turecko, Ázerbájdžán, Kyrgyzstán a Kazachstán) získaná od Světové banky. V tomto rámci bylo provedeno hodnocení obchodních vztahů před a po založení organizace na základě různých kritérií. Před jejím vznikem Kazachstán držel první pozici v celkovém obchodním výkonu mezi členskými zeměmi. Nicméně, po vytvoření této kooperační entity, vedlo Turecko, následované Ázerbájdžánem a Kyrgyzstánem.

Abstract:

The Organization of Turkic States was established by initiating the Summits among Turkic-speaking nations, aiming to enhance ties among the states that gained independence following the Soviet Union's dissolution. Presently known as the Turkic Council, this organization endeavors to foster collaboration across multiple domains. Among its crucial initiatives is the advancement of trade among its member nations. This study aims to evaluate the influence of the Organization on its members' foreign trade by scrutinizing trade statistics pre and post its establishment. The goal is to gauge the effectiveness of this cooperative entity in boosting trade collaboration among its constituents. Employing the gravity model, the analysis assesses various factors impacting bilateral trade between Tajikistan and the six Turkic states, including proximity, income disparities, population size, shared borders, and cultural affinities. The findings indicate a favorable impact of Organizational membership on the model's estimations. This study delves into the integration's influence on trade relations, offering a distinct perspective and interpretation. Consequently, employing the TOPSIS method, the annual foreign trade data (2000 to 2019) of the founding nations (Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan) sourced from the World Bank were examined. Within this framework, the assessment of commercial relations pre and post the Organization's establishment was conducted based on diverse criteria. Prior to its formation, Kazakhstan held the top position in overall trade performance among member countries. However, subsequent to the creation of this cooperative body, Turkey took the lead, followed by Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan
