Analysis manner of stimulation in relation on motivation of economically active population.
Abstract:
Práce je věnována vysvětlení základních pojmů z oblasti managementu, problematice manažerské funkce vedení lidí, oblasti motivační a stimulační teorie a definici zaměstnaneckých výhod. Hlavním cílem je provést analýzu ve vybrané společnosti v oblasti stimulace zaměstnanců a navrhnout doporučení pro zvýšení efektivnosti vybrané společnosti.
Abstract:
The work deals with explanation of basic terms of management, the issue of managerial function leadership, motivational and stimulation theory and definition of employee benefits. Main goal is analysis in company in area of employee stimulation and proposer commendations for increase effciency in selected company.
