Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je rozvod manželství a jeho příčiny. Cílem je popsat právní úpravu rozvodu manželství a rozebrat jeho jednotlivé příčiny. Nejprve se budu zabývat pojmem manželství, jeho vznikem a zánikem. Poté se zaměřím na platnou právní úpravu rozvodu manželství, rozeberu rozvod sporný, nesporný i ztížený a ve druhé části se zaměřím na příčiny rozvodu manželství. Zde budu mj. vycházet …more
Abstract:
The subject of this bachelor thesis is divorce and its causes. The objective is to describe the legal regulation of divorce and analyse its various causes. First, I deal with the concept of marriage, its formation and dissolution. Then I focus on the valid legal regulation of divorce, contested, uncontested and difficult divorce.
