Bakalářská práce se zabývá politikou zaměstnanosti v České republice a způsoby, kterými je vykonávána. Teoretická část popisuje pojmy související s politikou zaměstnanosti a následně politiku zaměstnanosti definuje jako ucelený systém pracující na snížení nezaměstnanosti. Bachelor thesis deals with emloyment policy in the Czech republic and the ways in which it is carried out. The theoretical section describes terms related to employment policy and then defines employment policy as a comprehensive system working on reducing unemployment.
