Valuation for the purpose of securing credit transactions
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá oceňováním nemovitostí pro bankovní účely. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětlené základní pojmy z oblasti oceňování a bankovní sféře při zajišťování úvěrů. V praktické části je pak proveden odhad rodinného domu pomocí různých metod. Na základě porovnání pak dojde k určení, která z metod je pro ocenění nejvhodnější.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with real estate valuation for banking purposes. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic concepts of valuation and securing loans in banking sector. In practical part, is estimated the family house using various methods. Based on the comparison, it is then determined which of the methods is most suitable for valuation.
