This thesis analyzes the long-term financing through leasing and loan and finds that funding for the company Agrowald – Rožmberk , Ltd. advantageous. The theoretical part is defined as property and capital structure, the nature of leasing and its distribution, use, advantages, disadvantages and legislation.
