Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo analyzovat a zhodnotit současný stav podnikové kultury ve vybraných podnicích v odvětví strojírenského průmyslu. Byla využita metoda dotazníkového šetření. Hlavním zjištěním je stav podnikové kultury tohoto odvětví. Poté následná interpretace výsledků a s tím související identifikace slabých stránek podniků a následná formulace doporučení pro zlepšení. The goal of the work was to analyze and evaluate the current state of corporate culture in selected companies in the engineering industry. The questionnaire survey method was used.
