Tato magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá výzkumem německých slovníků z teoretického i praktického hlediska. V první části práce se věnuji tématice slovníků z pohledu lexikografie, zmiňuji historii slovníků a podrobnější informace o jejich funkcích a používání.
