Risk and opportunity management in state contributory organization

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na řízení rizik a příležitostí ve státní příspěvkové organizaci. Cílem práce je analyzovat, jak organizace řídí svá rizika a jak využívá příležitosti k dosažení svých cílů. V teoretické části jsou představeny základní pojmy a principy řízení rizik a příležitostí včetně popisu metod a nástrojů používaných v praxi. V praktické části jsou popsány aktuální postupy řízení rizik a příležitostí dvou příspěvkových organizací a jsou identifikovány klíčové oblasti. Na základě těchto zjištění jsou navržena konkrétní opatření na zlepšení řízení rizik a příležitostí v těchto organizacích.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the management of risk and opportunities in a state contributory organization. The aim of the thesis is to analyze how organization manage their risks and how they use opportunities to achieve their goals. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts and principles of risk and opportunity management and describes the methods and tools used in practice. The practical part describes the current procedures of risk and opportunity management in two contributory organizations and identifies key areas. Based on these findings, concrete measures are proposed to improve risk and opportunity management in these organizations.
