Práce mapuje vývoj trestněprávní úpravy terorismu v České republice při zahrnutí aktuálních změn, porovnává ji s úpravou ve státech s různou historickou zkušeností s terorismem a hodnotí její účinnost při navržení případných změn. The thesis describes the development of criminal law regulation of terrorism in the Czech Republic including recent changes, compares it with the regulation and it´s aplication in countries with different historical experience with terrorism and evaluates its effectiveness while proposing possible further changes.
