Physiotherapy in rheumatoid arthritis of adults

Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce jsem zvolila z důvodu mého zájmu o bližší poznání revmatických onemocnění a také z důvodu, že revmatická artritida patří k nejrozšířenějším chorobám postihující lidstvo bez ohledu na pohlaví a věk a má závažný dopad na délku života nemocných. Revmatoidní artritida je chronické zánětlivé onemocnění pohybového aparátu postihující synoviální výstelky kloubů, šlach a tíhových váčků. Projevuje se chronickou polyartritidou a mohou být přítomny i mimokloubní příznaky. Příčina vzniku není zcela známá a postihuje častěji ženy než muže mezi 30-50 rokem života. V kloubním pouzdru vzniká zánět vyvolávající bolest, která je horší po ránu. Dalšími příznaky jsou otoky, ranní ztuhlost kloubů, únava, deprese, zvýšená teplota, nechutenství, úbytek hmotnosti. Omezení hybnosti a svalové síly vedoucí k destrukci kloubu až jeho úplnému vymizení. Léčba spočívá ve zpomalení průběhu nemoci, navození remise a udržení dobrého funkčního stavu za pomoci farmakoterapie a zvláště fyzioterapie. Fyzioterapie se zaměřuje na zlepšení a udržení dosavadních funkcí.

Abstract:

I have elected the subject matter of me Bachelor thesis because of me nearer concernment about the knowledge of rheumatic diseases and also for reasons, that rheumatoid arthritis is one of the most widespread disease affecting humanity without regard on gender or age and has a consequential impact on patient{\crq}s life {--} length. Rheumatoid arthritis is an chronic inflammation disease of human motoric apparatus. Rheumatoid arthritis afflict the synovial lining joints such as sinews and bursals. Rheumatoid arthritis makes it self felt by chronic polyarthritis and can be state by the presence of an abarticular symptom. The rason for the origin is not always completely known and afflict women between 30-50 year of life more often than men. In the articular capsule spring inflammation causes pain, who is worse in the morning. Another symptoms are : oncoides, morning ankylosis, tiredness, depression, higher temperature, dysorexia, weight {--} shortage. Hypokinesia and dystrophia are leading to the joint destruction up to the joint disappearance. The treatment consist in slowing down of the illness, remission-inducing an sustainment of a good functional condition with help of the pharmacotherapy and mainly with physiotherapy. Physiotherapy target the improvement and sustainment of present functions.
